Deep throat punch may experience some loosening or other problems over time. At this time, we need to perform horizontal correction and adjustment operations on it. There are three main methods:

1. First, thoroughly clean the frame of the deep throat punch to increase the accuracy of the horizontal reading; no feeding is required during debugging, but the guide screw on the deflector needs to be raised first, and then elbowed Slowly adjust the ram to bottom dead center. At the same time, pay special attention to the guide plate not to press the lift rod too low, otherwise the lift rod will appear zigzag or break. When starting the deep throat punch feeder for continuous punching, it is necessary to turn the speed-adjusting screw of the feeder clockwise, and the slider moves slightly slowly to see if the slider touches the nylon pad and the length fine-tuning screw when it reciprocates.

2. During the process of testing the machine, the slider moves back and forth. If you only hit the nylon washer and not the length adjustment screw, this is because the lift rod is not placed deep enough. The arched guide screw on the punch should be lowered slowly. If the slider moves back and forth, only the length fine-tuning screw does not touch the nylon spacer, which is too deep for the lift rod to fall, so the guide screw on the punch should be lifted slowly.

3. If the slider moves between the length fine-tuning screw and the nylon washer, and the distance between the two ends is the same, then it is necessary to rotate the speed adjustment screw counterclockwise to make the slider speed normal, so that the slider can contact when reciprocating. to nylon spacers and distance rings. If the speed of the deep throat punch remains unchanged and the feeding distance needs to be changed from long to short, the guide screw should be raised first, the lifting rod should be reduced, and then the speed regulating screw should be rotated clockwise to match the feeding speed with the punch speed.
