Under the same sound source condition, the workshop with long reverberation time is more noisy than the workshop with short reverberation time.

2. Selection of sound-absorbing materials: The sound-absorbing board consists of five parts. The noise enters the sound-absorbing cotton through the small holes of the perforated plate, part of it is converted into heat energy by the vibration of the glass wool, and the other part is isolated by the outer steel plate to achieve the purpose of co-absorbing and co-isolating.

The gap between the sound boards is generally 1 to 2 mm. In order to prevent noise from passing through these gaps and affecting the noise reduction effect, sealants are usually used to seal the gaps.

4. Ventilation treatment: Due to the heat generated by the operation of the equipment itself and the thermal insulation properties of the sound-absorbing material glass wool, the temperature inside the production line is often 3-5°C higher than the outside. In the implementation of noise reduction projects, an exhaust fan is usually installed on the top of the sound insulation wall to draw away the hot air in the confined space, so that a negative pressure is formed inside, and the outside air can flow into the interior through the sound insulation wall. When choosing an exhaust fan, choose a fan with low noise so as not to affect the effect of noise reduction.

5. Lighting equipment treatment: Since the interior of the equipment is isolated from the external workshop lighting after the implementation of the closed project, it is necessary to add a lighting system in the closed body. In order to ensure the lighting required for production and later equipment maintenance, the designed illuminance should reach more than 500 lumens. The closed body lighting system is wired and switched independently, which ensures easy use and does not affect the original power supply system.
